This home is in a quiet residential area, yet only a few blocks to major highways linking St. Pete Beach and the Interstate. You will be only a short drive to the award-winning beaches of Fort DeSoto Park, St. Pete Beach, Eckerd College, downtown St. Petersburg and numerous restaurants, shopping and entertainment centers. I-275 also provides easy access to the two major airports serving this area: Tampa International and St. Petersburg-Clearwater International.

A three-night minimum stay is required.

Amenities include: central air conditioning, full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer / dryer, four color cable TV's (including two large-screen HDTV's and two HD cable boxes), DVD, VCR, stereo with CD player, high-speed internet connection, and cable phone service offering unlimited calling to U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. (The garage is not currently available to guests.)
