Enter the leaded glass entry door and begin your tour of this spacious, multi-level four bedroom, 3-1/2 bath home (sleeps nine to ten: one king bed, three queen beds and one double Futon): Polished hardwood floors lead to the lower level suite of bedroom, bath and living room / den with wet-bar, plantation shutters, Spanish tile floor, overstuffed leather furnishings, entertainment center and a door leading to the HEATED*POOL and SPA.

A curved stairway leads to the main living area illuminated by skylights in the vaulted ceiling. Here you'll find a separate den area with comfortable seating and entertainment center, the formal living room with raised hearth and fireplace, spacious dining table with seating for eight and entry to the screened deck (with casual dining table and chairs) overlooking the pool, canal and dock. Centered within this area is a dream kitchen with Jenn Air island range / oven, sleek stainless steel appliances and polished granite counter tops setting off the rich wood cabinetry.

Up another curved stairway to guest bedrooms #2 and #3, guest bath #2 and a laundry room. Double entry doors lead to the spacious master suite with plush carpet, plantation shutters, entertainment center, skylights, master bathroom featuring a sunken Jacuzzi tub and doorway to the balcony overlooking the pool and waterway.

A final stairway leads to the home's top level...a circular tower room offering panoramic views of the waterway and elegant homes of this upscale neighborhood. This tropically landscaped home is just a few minutes drive to the Gulf beaches of Fort DeSoto Park and St. Pete Beach and ten minutes to the diverse entertainment offerings of downtown St. Petersburg's Bay Walk and Pier.

Fort DeSoto Park's north beach was named the nation's best beach on May 25, 2005, by Stephen P. Leatherman ("Dr. Beach"), director of the International Hurricane Center at Florida International University in Miami. According to a story in the St. Petersburg Times announcing the honor, "Leatherman uses 50 criteria to rate more than 650 beaches around the country. Among them are crowd size, water color, sand softness and color and the beach's smell. The wildlife at Fort DeSoto was also a factor in its ranking. Leatherman said he is impressed with the different birds he sees in the park."

The owner requests that smoking be permitted only OUTSIDE this lovely Resort Home. Also, the garage and boat lift are not available to guests.

A seven-night minimum stay is required
