Policies and Procedures
(the "fine print")
Reservations are accepted based upon the guests' acknowledgment and acceptance of the
following policies and procedures:
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A minimum reservation deposit of $300.00 is required to confirm each reservation
for 8 or more nights ($200.00 for each reservation of 7 or fewer nights) payable by cash, cashier's check,
money order, traveler's checks (U.S. funds), VISA or MasterCard. The reservation deposit
is applied against rent, tax, arrival/departure service fees and any other miscellaneous charges
(i.e., the total amount due).
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A VISA or MasterCard imprint is due upon arrival as a security deposit for any expenses
related to long distance charges, unit damages, excessive housekeeping charges, crib
and/or rollaway charges and rental extensions. In lieu of a credit card imprint a $100 deposit may be paid by
cash, cashier's check, money order or traveler's checks. Cash deposits are refunded
in the form of a CAPALBO check, approximately 70 days after departure, less any expenses detailed above.
Liability for damages is not limited to the amount of the deposit.
CANCELLATION:
The reservation deposit is
non-refundable for any cancellation received fewer than 60 days before confirmed arrival date.
There is a $50.00 charge for a cancellation received 60 days or more prior to arrival date.
Reservations will be canceled for guests failing to notify Capalbo Rental & Management Corp.
and failing to check-in by 5:00 p.m. on the day following confirmed arrival date. No refunds for
early departure.
CHANGES:
There is a $50.00 charge for modification
of a confirmed reservation.
PAYMENT:
Total rent, arrival/departure service fees and taxes (currently at 12%) for entire stay are due and payable (in U.S. funds)
prior to occupancy in the form of cash, traveler's checks, cashier's check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.
(Payment by personal check must be received two (2) weeks prior to occupancy).
UTILITIES:
Local phone service, water, and electricity
are generally included in rates.
CHECK-IN LOCATION:
At the office of Capalbo Rental & Management Corp. open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven (7) days a week, located at 4700 34th
Street South, St. Petersburg, FL 33711.
CHECK-IN TIME: After 2 p.m.
CHECK-OUT:
By 10 a.m.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Due to unexpected circumstances, if designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to
assign guest to a comparable unit.
PETS: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Accommodated with PRIOR notification.
